Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and rest of pub area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments. Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during peak hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality. Will be required to do closes independently after training Must be over 21 due to role

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately. A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for guests. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
