Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while working in a busy environment.

Skills

Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a hygienic workspace. Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Previous bartending experience is preferred, with an understanding of drink preparation techniques. A background in restaurant or hospitality settings is advantageous, showcasing your ability to work well under pressure. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members alike. Personal License is preferable but not must.
