COOP Micro Bar is a cosy, independent bar in Hedge End, specialising in

craft beer, fine wines, cocktails - and freshly made pizzas

. We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable

Bar Staff

to join our friendly team and help deliver the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere COOP is known for.

The Role:

You'll be part of the front-line team, serving great drinks, preparing simple food, and making sure every guest feels at home.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Serving customers with a smile and sharing knowledge about our drinks Mixing and preparing cocktails to a high standard (training provided) Preparing pizzas and assisting with light food preparation in our small kitchen Keeping the bar and kitchen areas clean, tidy, and well stocked Taking payments, handling cash, and maintaining excellent customer service

What We're Looking For:

Previous hospitality or retail experience is a bonus - but not essential A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine interest in drinks & food Willingness to get stuck in with both bar and kitchen tasks Team players who are reliable and able to work evenings and weekends
