We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to help oversee our bar operations. The ideal candidate will possess a background in hospitality and leadership, ensuring that our bar delivers exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a blend of team management skills and a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Duties
Assist daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to health and safety regulations. Help manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment upkeep.
Skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and staff alike. A passion for hospitality with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
