We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As part of our bar team, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Assist in managing inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced till. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations during busy periods. Uphold the establishment's standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours. Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. A genuine desire to help others and create memorable experiences for guests. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well within a team environment. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a dynamic setting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
