Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves providing excellent service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanour, good organisational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. Responsibilities

Serve drinks and food to customers in a courteous and efficient manner Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the POS system Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area throughout shifts Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations at all times Assist in preparing garnishes, organising stock, and restocking supplies as needed Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote specials or events Manage multiple tasks effectively during busy periods using strong time management skills Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in line with company policies

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, food safety, or serving roles is desirable but not mandatory Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly approach Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or shifts as required by the business needs A positive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
