Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a vital part of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to an enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces and all areas of the pub. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Handle cash/card transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Be able to use or be trained on a coffee machine

Skills

Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic maths skills for processing payments and managing cash flow. A genuine desire to help others, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards. Bartending experience is preferred, with a passion for mixology and beverage preparation.

Pay will be dependant on experience and age.
