We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated UK National/ Resident Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and utensils. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions regarding the menu. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Engage with guests to create a friendly atmosphere, enhancing their overall experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately. A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service within a restaurant or bar setting. Ability to work well as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.

Pay: 12.21-12.89 per hour
