We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires a blend of bartending skills, time management, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is well-stocked and operational. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments. Cellar work

Skills

Strong time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Previous bartending experience is preferred, with a solid understanding of drink preparation techniques. Excellent hospitality skills, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanour towards customers. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively

Hours- Saturdays 5-11:30pm. More hours available but Saturday is a must.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
