Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive experience for all patrons.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, beers, and soft drinks. Taking food orders Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers to provide excellent service and assist with drink selections. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Assist in restocking supplies as needed and report any shortages or equipment issues.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential. Bartending experience is essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Excellent time management abilities to ensure efficient service during peak hours. A commitment to food safety practices and maintaining a clean work environment. A positive attitude and willingness to help others as part of a team.
Hours available initially are -

Sundays 11.30am-8pm

This will increase at a later date.

Extra shifts for Holiday cover/staff sickness, bank holidays/Christmas etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
