Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a member of the bar staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patrons.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Assist in managing stock levels and inventory, ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.

Skills

Proven experience in bartending or similar roles within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A friendly disposition with a genuine desire to help others, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests. Ability to work well as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week
