Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area & store areas ensuring all equipment/stock is properly cleaned and stored. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries or requests promptly. Collaborate with front of house staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and report any shortages or issues to management. Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for both staff and customers.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Previous experience in bartending or front of house duties is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers and colleagues alike. A team player who is willing to help others and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 18 per week
