Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your role will involve bartending duties, including preparing drinks, serving customers, and maintaining cleanliness in the bar area.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Assist in managing stock levels and inventory, reporting any shortages or issues to management. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible service of alcohol. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Basic bartending skills and knowledge of drink recipes are advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills. A commitment to food safety practices is essential. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
