The Weavers offers a face-paced, exciting environment that prides itself on creating lasting customer relationships. You will become part of a passionate team of bar staff as well as a vibrant addition to The Weavers famous vibrant atmosphere.
A passion for real ale is preferred as recommending ales comes with providing the excellent customer service we pride ourselves on. Experience is preferred but not necessary as full training will be given.
Key Responsibilities.
Ensure that the Bar is operational for designated opening hours.
Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Give relevant advice on drinks to suit customers' tastes.
Ensure that the correct money is taken, rung up on the till, and the correct change given.
Ensure that the bar, customer areas, storage areas and cellars are clean and tidy.
Safely move and arrange furniture, stock, barrels etc to reflect the needs of events in the bar.
Ensure the cash take at the end of the night is totalled up and correct as well as leaving a cash float in the till.
Ensure that all relevant doors are kept locked at all times when unattended.
