As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring that all customers have an enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in restocking as necessary.
Monitor customers behaviour to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements
Previous experience in a Bar and Cocktail making preferred if not we will provide training.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Positive, team-oriented attitude.
Commitment to work weekends and bank holidays.
