Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in the bar area.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Assist with food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines and maintaining high hygiene standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils as needed. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; barista experience is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and processing payments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. A friendly disposition and a passion for providing outstanding service. Pay: 12.21-15.56 per hour
