We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service in a lively bar environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry while working in a dynamic setting. All positions are paid, including internships, and prior experience is beneficial but not essential.

Duties

Serve drinks and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the till system Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times Restock supplies and ensure the bar is well-stocked throughout shifts Adhere to food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed during busy periods Follow all health and safety procedures diligently

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is advantageous Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour Good organisational skills with effective time management abilities Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods Strong communication skills and a professional attitude Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when required
