Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
- Monitor and restock bar inventory
- Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with licensing laws
- Assist in setting up for events or functions as required

Skills:
- Proficient in bartending techniques and drinks preparation
- Knowledge of basic maths for handling transactions
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide help where needed
