Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices. Assist with food service when required, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the health and safety of guests. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Bartending experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidates. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and processing orders accurately. A willingness to help colleagues and contribute positively to the team dynamic within a restaurant environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 35 per week
