As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring timely delivery of drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and address any dietary needs or preferences of guests. Uphold the establishment's standards for quality service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Skills

Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions. Experience in serving and bar work Familiarity with various beverages, including wines, spirits, and cocktails. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to enhance guest experiences. Previous experience as a barista or within the food industry is advantageous but not required.
