Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of bar operations, including staff scheduling, stock control, and maintaining cleanliness standards
Supervise and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service in line with company policies
Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations
Coordinate with kitchen staff to facilitate food production, ensuring timely delivery of orders
Monitor beverage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations
Develop innovative drink menus and organise promotional events to attract customers
Train staff in serving techniques, cocktail preparation, and customer service excellence
Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction
Qualifications
Proven supervising experience within a hospitality environment, preferably in bars or restaurants
Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and inspire staff
Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and culinary practices
Experience in food safety standards and food production processes
Background in hospitality or hotel management is desirable
Barista experience or knowledge of specialised coffee preparation is advantageous
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
Outstanding leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
