Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and leadership, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high operational standards. The pub is wet led with only bar snacks. There is a very strong, friendly, local customer base.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring efficient service and adherence to health and safety regulations. Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment and encouraging professional development. Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary while minimising waste. Develop and implement new drink menus and specials to enhance guest experience. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a bar setting is essential. Previous experience in hospitality, particularly within pubs or similar establishments, is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the bar area.
