Donington Park Farmhouse are looking to recruit an Events Bar Supervisor to work in our beautiful, busy venue with lots of parties, weddings and festivals.

We are looking for an Events Bar Supervisor to join us Part Time, minimum 30 hours per week.. Weekend and evening availability is important.

Your main responsibilities would be;

Maintain a clean, tidy and efficient bar and Cellar Safe and secure handling of bar stock Till operation (no need to count cash, we are cashless!) Supervise and actively be involved in bar service Maintaining high levels of food safety, hygiene and health and safety standards throughout the venue Assisting the events team with food service and keeping things looking top notch throughout the day Amazing customer service at all times, you are part of someone's wedding day & will liaise directly with the wedding couple or party organiser. Working closely with the management and being confidently in charge in their absence.
Bar experience needed although additional training will be given. Experience in a similar role would be preferred. A good knowledge of bar opening and closing procedures and cellar management would be ideal.

Your shifts will be varied according to the business needs, which will include day and evening times on a rota basis. You must be willing to work weekends.

You will need your own transport as there is no bus route.
