Bar Supervisor

to support the management team, lead shifts, and deliver outstanding drinks and service.

What Will You Be Doing?

Supervising the day-to-day running of the bar and leading shifts Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits to brand standards Supporting, training, and motivating the bar team Managing stock control, rotation, and ordering to minimise waste Ensuring the bar is clean, organised, and well-presented at all times Handling guest enquiries and feedback with professionalism and care Working closely with the management team to deliver smooth service across the venue Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health, and safety standards

What Do You Need?

Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or strong Bartender ready to step up Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach Ability to stay calm and professional during busy shifts A passion for hospitality, people, and delivering memorable experiences
