The Position

Are you\xe2\x80\x99re passionate about fine wine, top-shelf spirits and exceptional cocktails, and interested in supervising a team of talented Bartenders and Waiters? Then we invite you to join us as Bar Supervisor within our Donovan Bar at Rocco Forte Hotels.

As Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for the flawless running of the floor, maintaining a cool head and positive attitude as you steer the bar team, working alongside the Bar management team to preserve the stellar reputation of our bar.

You will be an innovative drinks specialist with a thorough knowledge of market-leading wine, spirits and beer, bringing a mixologist\xe2\x80\x99s touch to our cocktail menu.

Naturally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be passionate about giving guests the warm, intuitive service they\xe2\x80\x99ve come to expect from Rocco Forte Hotels, and committed to motivating your team to provide the highest level of service. You will lead by example, guiding them to anticipate guests\xe2\x80\x99 needs and exceed expectations. In turn, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be given the support to develop your skills as a supervisor and drinks specialist.
