What you'll do:
Support the Bar Manager with the day-to-day running of our bars
Ensure standards, procedures and service are consistently delivered to the highest level
Lead by example and support the team on busy shifts
Help create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand and guest experience
What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a bar supervisor
OR
an experienced bartender looking to take the next step into management
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines and bar operations (a bonus, not essential)
A hands-on approach with great communication and leadership skills
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable moments for guests
