Bar Supervisor

to join our warm and welcoming team at The 1645 Inn. With a strong focus on friendly service, quality drinks, bar meals and a traditional yet vibrant atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the day-to-day running of the bar Lead and support a small team of bar staff Ensure excellent customer service and a friendly, welcoming environment Manage stock levels, cellar duties, and creating order lists Maintain hygiene, safety, and licensing standards Assist with planning and delivering events and seasonal promotions when required

What We're Looking For:

Previous bar or hospitality experience (ideally in a supervisory role) Strong leadership and communication skills A genuine passion for hospitality and community Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment A hands-on, can-do attitude
