We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to oversee our bar operations in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the culinary arts and food preparation, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as you will be responsible for supervising a dedicated team while ensuring that our guests receive the highest quality experience.

Responsibilities

Manage daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to health and safety regulations. Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting professional development. Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative drink menus that complement food offerings. Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to minimise waste. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback promptly to enhance guest experiences. Implement promotional strategies to increase bar sales and attract new clientele. Ensure compliance with licensing laws and regulations related to alcohol service.

Skills

Proven experience in a bar management role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and supervising staff effectively. Knowledge of cocktails, mixology and wine pairings. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and staff alike. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
