We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic

Bar Supervisor

to join our team at

St Elizabeth's House Hotel

Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of the bar area, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Lead, support, and motivate bar staff to maintain high service standards Ensure the bar area is always clean, well-presented, and correctly set up for service Maintain a fully stocked bar, replenishing stock as needed throughout the shift Deliver exceptional drinks service and engage confidently with guests Manage busy periods efficiently while maintaining a calm and positive atmosphere Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously Accurately bill guests and handle payments Serve tea and coffee to non-residents as required Maintain high standards of cleanliness during and after service Demonstrate strong knowledge of the full range of drinks on offer

What We're Looking For:

A confident, positive, and energetic team leader Someone who takes initiative and pride in running a successful bar operation Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage others A passion for customer service and hospitality A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking Previous experience in a similar bar or supervisory role preferred

Pay: From 12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
