As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the bar staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service. Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Train new staff in bartending techniques, food production processes, and customer service excellence. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative drink pairings that complement menu offerings. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure efficient operations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to enhance guest satisfaction. Implement promotional activities to drive sales and attract new customers. Manage Social Media campaigns.

Requirements

Proven experience in a bar management or supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and food safety practices. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for the culinary arts and an understanding of food production processes is desirable. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
