As the Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing staff, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to. Responsibilities

Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring they deliver excellent service to all patrons. Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency. Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control effectively. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards within the bar area.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality management, particularly in a bar or restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of culinary practices related to beverage preparation and food safety standards. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Proficient in supervising staff while maintaining a positive work environment. Experience in bartending with a solid understanding of drink recipes and mixology techniques. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in both service delivery and inventory management. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
