We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations and ensure a high-quality experience for our patrons. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry, with a focus on food safety and exceptional service. As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing the bar team, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Duties

Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness. Lead and manage the bar team, providing training and support to enhance their skills in bartending and customer service. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination between food preparation and beverage service. Maintain inventory levels of beverages, supplies, and equipment, placing orders as necessary. Implement food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Develop creative drink menus that align with seasonal trends and customer preferences. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to enhance the overall dining experience. Assist in planning special events or promotions that drive bar sales.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a bar or restaurant setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production. Experience in bartending with a solid understanding of drink preparation techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.

Pay: 12.21-18.26 per hour
