What you'll do:

Lead by example on the bar floor, ensuring smooth service and happy guests. Motivate, train, and support your team to deliver top-notch hospitality. Serve delicious drinks and recommend cocktails, wines, and spirits. Keep the bar buzzing, organised, and fully stocked at all times. Support r in daily operations, opening/closing, and admin tasks.
What we're looking for:

Previous bar or supervisory experience in hospitality (hotel bar experience a bonus!). A fun, energetic personality with a genuine love for people. Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Someone who knows how to work hard - and have fun doing it! Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring efficient service and adherence to company policies. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Develop and implement innovative drink menus that complement our culinary offerings. Train and mentor team members in hospitality best practices, serving techniques, and customer service excellence. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and controlling waste to optimise profitability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the bar area. Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership and communication. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
