Wild Farm is a farm-to-table dining experience where sustainability, seasonality, and craft are at the heart of everything we do. Our seasonal cocktail menu is inspired by the freshest ingredients from our off-site farm and carefully selected suppliers, combined with a curated wine list that complements our ingredient-driven dishes. We're looking for a passionate and friendly Bar Team Member to join our team and help create exceptional drinks experiences for our guests.

In this role, you'll be part of a collaborative team, bringing creativity, enthusiasm, and top-tier service to our bar. You'll work closely with the Head Barman to deliver seasonal cocktails, support wine service, and provide a warm, personal experience to everyone who walks through our door.

Role Overview

As a Bar Team Member, you'll assist in creating and serving seasonal cocktails, pouring wines, and engaging with guests to enhance their experience. You'll be an integral part of our bar team, supporting the smooth operation of the bar while learning and developing your skills in a supportive, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and serving seasonal cocktails and wines with precision and flair

Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and presentation

Support the Head Barman in creating and executing seasonal drinks menus

Engage with guests in a friendly, knowledgeable, and confident manner, recommending drinks and sharing information about our menu

Assist with bar stock management and inventory control

Be a proactive team player, working collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams

Keep up-to-date with seasonal ingredients and the evolving drinks menu

Contribute to the overall atmosphere of the bar by providing excellent service and hospitality

Requirements

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is a plus, but a passion for learning and enthusiasm for the role is key

Interest in cocktails, wine, and the creative process behind drink-making

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work well under pressure and stay calm during busy service times

A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support your team

An interest in seasonality, sustainability, and a genuine passion for delivering a great guest experience
