The Role

We are looking for

enthusiastic, reliable, and personable individuals

to join our bar team on a part-time basis.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a lively environment and providing excellent customer service. You'll play an important part in ensuring our guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable night at every event.

Experience in bar or hospitality work is helpful, but

a great attitude, professionalism, and a team spirit are most important.

Key Responsibilities

Serving customers efficiently and professionally during live shows and club nights Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented bar area Assisting with bar setup, stock rotation, and restocking throughout shifts Following venue policies including Challenge 25 and responsible alcohol service Supporting other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth event operations Handling payments and cash accurately Providing friendly, attentive, and professional service at all times

Requirements

Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred, but not essential Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work late nights and weekends Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Team player with a positive, proactive attitude Must be over 18 years old
