We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Team Member to join our vibrant team. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash management practices are followed. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar for events or busy periods as required.

Experience

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidates. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively. A good understanding of drink preparation techniques is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team environment.

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 32 per week

Schedule:

Every weekend Monday to Friday Weekend availability
