Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our bar service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving drinks in a fast-paced environment. Your role will contribute significantly to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper till management. Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol, adhering to licensing laws and regulations. Assist in restocking supplies as needed and manage inventory levels effectively. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Skills

Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Strong multitasking abilities, capable of working efficiently under pressure. Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is advantageous but not essential. Knowledge of drink preparation techniques and cocktail recipes is desirable. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
