Down Hall Hotel, one of the most beautiful country house hotels in the area, is looking for enthusiastic Bar and Waiting Staff to join our award-winning team. We are proud to be the AA Hotel of the Year 2024-2025.

The Role:
As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will work across both the bar and restaurant, offering seamless, friendly, and attentive service. You will help create unforgettable experiences, whether it's for a romantic dinner, a wedding, or a relaxing weekend away.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, spirits, and wines in our Fox Bar
Take food orders and provide attentive table service
Maintain presentation and cleanliness standards
Support event and function set-ups when needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential training will be provided. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced setting. Knowledge of various drink recipes and cocktail preparation is an advantage. Must be at least 18 years of age due to licensing laws. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: From 12.45 per hour
