Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times. Handle cash and card transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced till. Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Experience

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidates. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. A good understanding of drink preparation techniques and cocktail recipes is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business needs.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-12.71 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
