Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, from greeting customers to managing reservations and assisting with customer inquiries.
Duties
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
Provide information about the menu, specials, and any ongoing promotions.
Assist with customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately while adhering to company policies.
Support team members during busy periods to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
