The Grain Store is a vibrant and welcoming Cafe, Restaurant & Bar known for its exceptional coffee and delightful atmosphere. You will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails and more Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking and preparing their orders accurately Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all equipment is well maintained Engage with customers to provide product recommendations, answer questions and create a positive experience Operate the till and handle transactions accurately Restock and rotate merchandise Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including food handling and cleanliness protocols Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment

Skills & Experience:

1 year+ Bar experience essential A passion and a willingness to learn Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Essential Requirements

Applicants must be 18 years+ To apply for the position you must be legally able to work in the UK Availability to work weekends plus flexibility during the week and holidays
