Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our patrons, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while expertly preparing and serving beverages. This position requires a passion for customer service, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidates. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Must be at least 18 years of age due to licensing laws. A passion for mixology and knowledge of various beverages is an advantage.
