Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Team Member to join us here at The Grange. As a member of our team, you will play a role in providing exceptional service to our patrons while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires individuals who are focussed, reliable and hardworking and possess good communication skills.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience Monitor customer consumption levels responsibly and adhere to licensing laws Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory as required Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Requirements

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers A passion for delivering excellent customer service Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation is advantageous Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local laws Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 10 per week
