Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing an enjoyable experience for all guests.
Duties
Prepare and Food & beverages. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Bar & Restaurant area, ensuring all equipment is well-stocked and in good working order. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash and card transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and adherence to cash handling procedures. Assist in the training of new staff members, sharing knowledge of drink preparation and customer service best practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders when applicable.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business needs.
MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE DUE TO THE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
OWN TRANSPORT ESSENTIAL DUE TO RURAL LOCATION
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: 11.00-12.75 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
