We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff Member to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a keen interest in the hospitality industry. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons while ensuring that all drinks are prepared to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, having a large smile whilst doing so and engaging with the customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.
Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Adhere to health and safety regulations as well as licensing laws to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Experience
Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome individuals eager to learn.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A good understanding of drink preparation techniques is advantageous but training will be provided for the right candidates.
