Fenix Mayfair is set to take flight in March 2026,and we are looking for talented hospitality professionals to join the team.



Recruitment open days to be held at the start of February, with employment begining at the start of March 2026 for the successful candidates.



We are recruiting for the following positions:


Barback - Up To 16.21 per hour Bartender - Up To 18.71 per hour Senior Bartender - Up To 18.96 per hour

What You'll Get Up To:

Demonstrate your passion for customer service to deliver a warm welcome and unique and special experience to guests. Support your team to create a positive and infectious energy that excites guests. Use your personable skills to respond to different situations and different customer requirements. Demonstrate a genuine passion for cocktails and beverages and a desire to continue to develop your knowledge. Share your knowledge of our cocktails and drinks menu to create a unique and immersive drinking experience for our guests. Deliver impeccable attention to detail for drinks preparation and presentation. All colleagues will begin their journey on a training rate tronc, once training has been successfully completed the tronc rate will be increased.
