We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are noted. Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities. Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Handle payments accurately, including processing cash and card transactions. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and surrounding areas throughout the shift. Assist in food preparation or kitchen duties as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of food safety regulations and basic food preparation skills are advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour towards guests. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods. Basic maths skills for handling bills and payments accurately. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Experience in guest services, upselling, and culinary environments will be considered an asset.
