Our Bar & Waiting Assistant role:


We seek dynamic individuals who value positive lifestyle choices and excel as food and beverage all-rounders. From crafting exquisite coffee for early risers to mixing cocktails, you'll take pride in every aspect of your role as a waiter, barista, or mixologist.

The Living Space

is our guests space to sit back, breathe deep and make themselves at home, in front of the view. Think small plates and sharing longboards. Salad bowls, burgers, grill plates, and fresh pasta.


As our Bar & Waiting Assistant you'll be:

Welcoming guests in a warm, friendly, timely and relaxed yet professional manner Working in all areas of the restaurant Preparing hot and cold drinks Continually build upon company and product knowledge and give input on how we could develop and improve Taking part in team tasting sessions to give you an authentic understanding of our menus for answering guest questions and boosting team creativity and rapport Keeping the area you're responsible for clean, tidy and organised Taking care of guests' billing Giving new team members a helping hand, and support their training and development Working together, as part of our committed, efficient and dynamic team

Please note for this role you'll be:

Required to serve alcohol unsupervised Required to work until 11pm/midnight on some shifts

The skills you'll be sharing with us:

Barista, waiting or bar experience - or time working in other people-facing roles in retail or leisure. But it's also about personality fit and attitude, so we're happy to offer full training for the right candidates who may have less experience. A team player, with bags of enthusiasm and personality A real energy and passion for everything you do A desire to provide an excellent guest experience A genuine intent to use the latest technology for a smooth ordering and billing process, without compromising guest experience The ability to work smart, and understand that self-belief and hard work will always earn you success
