Job Description

We are on the lookout for the perfect individual(s) to join our fantastic team here at Fabric. Your role will cover all aspects of the bar role, from pouring and making drinks, table service dining and generally having a great time with our guests that come from far and wide.

The role will require you to working closely with the management team for the entire venue to develop the bar and ensure a positive customer experience. The right candidate should possess strong product knowledge and be able to confidently converse with customers.

Duties will include but are not limited to....

Providing efficient and professional level of service while executing drinks from the bar Managing the needs and expectations of guests Taking orders and delivering food and beverages Setting, clearing up and resetting tables and keeping areas of restaurant, bar and kitchen tidy and neat at all times Preparing all mise-en-place required for service Delivering excellent service to upkeep our standards and guests satisfaction Complete weekly cleaning schedules

Provide 5 star Food & Beverage service in line with brand standards Have excellent customer service skills, be able to hold a conversation with just about everyone. Someone who can work unsupervised at times Have integrity - that is essential. Be driven and focussed on first class standards. Have excellent personal presentation and be consummately professional at all times. Be career driven, someone who wants to progress further in their career - we want professionals. Be friendly, approachable and passionate about delivering great service! Maintaining the highest levels of service, information and professionalism in all dealings with clients Up-selling and promoting of products to our customers, inspire and influence team members to deliver high standards of service and exceed guest expectations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
