We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable

Bar & Waiting Staff

to join one of our busy hospitality venues.


This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a lively, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll be part of a friendly front-of-house team delivering excellent customer service, great food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere across some of Guernsey's most popular pubs and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers with a positive, professional attitude Take food and drink orders efficiently and accurately Serve a variety of drinks to a high standard Maintain clean, tidy, and well-presented tables and work areas Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences

Requirements:

A team player with a friendly and proactive approach Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Must be 18+ (to serve alcohol) Previous hospitality experience
